By accessing or purchasing from Malani Perfumes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Product Authenticity

All products sold by Malani Perfumes are 100% authentic designer fragrances.

We are not affiliated with the brands we sell unless otherwise stated.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
• Limit quantities purchased per customer
• Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized resale

Orders flagged as high-risk may require additional verification before processing.

Fraud Prevention

Malani Perfumes reserves the right to decline any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized.

Orders with mismatched billing information or unverifiable payment details may be canceled and refunded.

Payment Verification

To protect our customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, Malani Perfumes reserves the right to review and verify any order before processing or shipping.

Additional verification may include, but is not limited to:

  • Verification of billing and shipping information.
  • Confirmation of payment details.
  • A government-issued photo ID.
  • Proof of payment method ownership.

If requested, customers must provide information or documentation reasonably requested by Malani Perfumes to verify the order, including a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification may result in cancellation of the order and a full refund to the original payment method.

Limitation of Liability

Malani Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our control once an order has been shipped.

Wholesale Terms

Wholesale pricing and access are granted to approved accounts only.

All wholesale orders are final sale and subject to separate wholesale terms and approval requirements.
