We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
• The fragrance must be unopened and unused
• The product must remain in its original packaging
• The manufacturer seal must be intact
• The item must not be tested or sprayed
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrances.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging and shipping box
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
