Thank you for shopping with Malani Perfumes.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

• FREE U.S. Shipping on orders over $95
• $6.99 Standard Shipping on orders under $95
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment location in California, USA.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Order Verification & Fraud Protection
For security and fraud prevention purposes, all orders are subject to verification.
If the billing address does not match the payment method on file, or if our system flags the order as high-risk, we reserve the right to:
• Contact the customer for additional verification
• Place the order on hold
• Cancel and refund the order
If we are unable to verify an order or payment information, Malani Perfumes reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Signature Requirement
Malani Perfumes reserves the right to require an adult signature upon delivery for high-value, high-risk, or fraud-screened orders. This requirement helps protect both our customers and our business from unauthorized deliveries.
Malani Perfumes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Malani Perfumes is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, or lost packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. Malani Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Address Changes
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address. Customers are responsible for confirming that the shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting the order.
